Appointment Cancellation Policy

Teeth Whitening Center requires 24 hours notice in order to cancel an appointment. If notice was not received the appointment will be marked as a no show.


If 24 hours notice was not given before canceling an appointment it will be marked in our system as a no show. After a client has received 3 no show marks, they will be moved to “WALK-IN ONLY” status and will no longer be able to book appointments. The client may still come in for our services, but will not be guaranteed a spot upon arrival without an appointment.
